MVL Putter Luncheon Menus

for April 2010 - February 2011

Cost for the monthly luncheons: $14.50

Checks are due by noon on the Monday before the scheduled luncheon.

 

April 12, 2010 - Fajita Bar with NY Cheese Cake & Fresh Berry Sauce (Coffee & Iced Tea)

May 10, 2010 -  Chicken Waldorf Salad  with Strawberry Shortcake (Coffee & Iced Tea).  This is diced chicken, apples, celery & walnuts served on a bed of greens with a fresh fruit garnish. 

June 14, 2010 - Chicken Crepe with Chocolate Mousse (Coffee & Iced Tea). Champagne sauce, served over rice with a fruit side. 

July 12, 2010 - Chicken Salad on Croissant  with Fresh Fruit.  Apple pie and ice cream for dessert.  (Lemonade & Iced Tea). 

August 9, 2010 -  MountainView BBQ with a brownie for dessertA good topping to a day of Goofy Golf the menu will be hamburger, hot dog, coleslaw, and potato salad with lemonade and ice tea for beverages. 

September 13, 2010 - Cashew Crusted Chicken with Apple Pie for dessert.  (Coffee and iced tea).  Served with Rice Pilaf, and Fresh Vegetable. 

October 11, 2010 - "OCTOBERFEST" Pork Schnitzel with pie for dessert (Coffee and iced tea). The Pork Schnitzel is served with a potato pancake, braised cabbage with apples, carrots and onions.  We will have a slice of a fruit pie for dessert.

November 8, 2010 - Pasta Bar with two pasta choices, garlic bread & salad.  Strawberry shortcake for dessert.  (Coffee and iced tea). 

December 6, 2010 - Holiday Luncheon - Menu to be determined by the committee.

January 10,  2011 - Chicken Pot Pie served with rice, salad and a roll with NY cheesecake & berry sauce for dessert. (Coffee & tea) 

February 14, 2011 - To be determined in the Spring of 2010 once the Chef has had an opportunity to present a new menu.
